RazorWatch purchase terms
RazorWatch is independent GPL-2.0-or-later software for the published supported scope. A purchase provides the current packaged release, twelve months of updates and reasonable email support for one store.
Store eligibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming that the store uses standard one-time INR checkout through the official Razorpay for WooCommerce gateway. Staging validation is required before recovery is enabled on a live store.
Refunds
If the current release cannot be installed or cannot scan a store that meets the published supported scope, contact support within 7 days of purchase. We will help resolve the issue or refund the purchase. Refunds do not apply to unsupported gateways, payment types, custom integrations, or change-of-mind after successful installation.
Operational responsibility
Scans are read-only. Approved recovery invokes WooCommerce's normal payment-completion flow and may affect stock, email, downloads, and fulfillment integrations. The store administrator remains responsible for reviewing evidence and validating behavior on staging.
Warranty
The software is provided under the GPL-2.0-or-later license without warranty. It is not an accounting, settlement, fraud, or chargeback system and does not guarantee detection of every historical payment.
